These Terms govern the use of mentoring.barayamal.com.au (the "Platform"), operated by Barayamal, a First Nations organisation based in Sydney, Australia.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Account Registration
To use the Platform, users may register and create an account by providing accurate, complete and truthful information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Users are responsible for all activities under their account.
Account Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting us at d.foley@barayamal.com.au. Barayamal reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without notice or compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, unless otherwise stated, is owned by or licensed to Barayamal. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Barayamal a non-exclusive licence to use it for Platform operation and maintenance purposes.
Acceptable Use
The Platform must only be used for lawful purposes consistent with its intended use as a mentoring platform. Users must not use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Barayamal's liability is limited to the re-performance of services or the cost of having those services supplied again. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to These Terms
Barayamal may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
